Tussen 21 augustus en 6 september kunnen studenten zich aanmelden voor de Honours Classes van het aankomende semester. Jaarlijks worden de Honours Classes geëvalueerd, waarbij de mening van studenten een belangrijke rol speelt. Dit jaar waren de resultaten van de studentenenquête aanleiding om de Honours Classes verder te ontwikkelen.
Registration is open for the Honours Classes of the first semester from 21 August until 6 September 23.59hrs. Registration for Classes of the second semester opens on 6 November and closes at 16 November.

The As-Soennah mosque in the Schilderswijk, The Hague. The mosque where young Muslims of all kinds, moderate to orthodox, find a place. We, students from the Honours Class Denktank: Islam in Nederland (Think tank: Islam in The Netherlands), paid a visit to the mosque and went to talk with its imam.

Starting in October 2014, twenty students from Leiden University were introduced to the world of science during their Honours Class ‘Gewicht in de Schaal’ (‘Scaled Weight’), an interdisciplinary lecture by Prof. Dr. W.J.M. Voermans. One participant has shared her experiences with us.
